We’re delighted to be working with recognised fashion retailer. The business has been trading for many years and their products can be found in numerous high street retailers and department stores, as well as Online. They’re looking to hire a CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive to join the business for 12 months to cover a maternity leave contract. There can’t be any guarantees but there is a chance this role will go permanent.

**The start date is likely to be late June / early July – please keep this in mind when applying**

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

- You need to have 1/2 years CRM experience.
- Retail CRM experience is important, ideally within Fashion.
- Proven experience using Klaviyo.
- Experience using Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics is important.

In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you:

- Basic salary up to £40k
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 2 days a week in the office in London
- Half day Friday’s in the summer
- Pension

MKJ Ignite are delighted to have partnered with one of the world’s most popular Food brands, they have a portfolio of incredibly tasty and well-known brands – you will inevitably have their products at home…. The business has performed exceptionally well recently so this is a really exciting time to join!

As part of their exciting growth plans, they’re looking to hire a new E-Commerce Sales Controller to own the Amazon, Ocado & other pureplay accounts. This person will sit within the Sales team and manage a high performing team of 3.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

- E-Commerce Sales experience within the FMCG industry is essential, ideally within Food.
- Proven Amazon Vendor experience is absolutely critical for this role.
- Experience managing other Pureplay and Quick Commerce/Rapid Delivery accounts is also very important.
- Proven managerial and leadership experience is important as this role has 3 direct reports.
- Being data literate and having an eye for commercial detail is very important.
- A passion for Food & Drink is really important.

MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the coolest and disruptive Health food brands in the UK. The business has just launched a new brand which is already on the shelves in Tesco, they’re growing FAST and are now looking to grow the team.

This is a BRAND NEW ROLE, this is a great opportunity to make a huge impact for the brand as their first ever in-house TikTok Content Creator. The aim of this role is to make the brand famous and go viral on TikTok, they want you to bring some outrageous creativity and ridiculous ideas. This is a THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX kinda role. Your mission is to take their Comms to the edge of complete and utter madness. Sounds cool so far right…?

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

- A minimum of 1 years TikTok content creation experience, ideally for an FMCG start-up/challenger brand.
- Extremely strong Video & Content Creation experience is absolutely critical for this role.
- A love for posting content on TikTok, Instagram and other channels (even if this is in your own time)
- An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious.
