Mackenzie Jones has successfully partnered with JDE for over 4 years and has supported the business to recruit several key hires within Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, Innovation and Product Development. The business identified a challenge to recruit high performing talent at a mid to senior level with the ability to adapt to change and deliver dynamic, entrepreneurial, and accountable leadership. JDE also required a sensitive approach to recruitment, with a focus on ensuring their employer brand was represented correctly in the external market.
