Role:

- Accomplished IT Systems “All-Rounder”.
- Technically Hands On.
- Oversee Strategic 6-Month IT Plan - IT Systems Roadmap - Enhancements & Fixes.
- Oversee Core IT Systems - multi-site operations - Offices, Manufacturing, Fulfilment & Supply Chain.
- Core IT Systems - Infrastructure, eCommerce, Finance System & Warehouse Management System.
- Drive IT System Improvements.
- Lead IT System Projects.
- Familiar with IT Systems Integration - Troubleshoot Issues.
- Third Parties - manage ERP, WMS & Software & Hardware providers.

Experience Required:

- Manage ERP, Warehouse Management System, Manufacturing & Finance Systems (Sage) - Minimise downtime & issues.
- Infrastructure Support - End User Compute.
- Drive IT System Improvement.
- Lead IT System Projects - deliver to Deadline, Quality & Budget.
- Oversee eCommerce Back Office Systems.
- Provide Desktop & Application support.
- Windows 11/10, Windows Server 2022/2019/2016.
- Google Workspace, MacOS, Ubuntu.
- Manage Software & Hardware Requirements - Install, Document & Test Software & Hardware Upgrades.
- ERP - Oversee add-on Applications which integrate with the ERP System.
- Create IT System Reports & Dashboards.  
- Cyber Security Understanding - ideally Cyber Essentials - ensure alignment of IT Systems to Security Framework.
- Oversee the Build of API Integrations.
- Manage IT Systems Policies & Documentation - Backup Strategies, User Training Materials, Network Maps & Security Policies.
- Leadership Experience - Ability to lead & motivate a small IT System/Infrastructure Team.
- Third-Party Suppliers - Partner with WMS, Finance System, Software & Hardware providers.  
- Stakeholder Management & Engagement - confident & credible - engage with technical & non-technical stakeholders - effectively co-ordinate IT Systems & Technical priorities.
- Manage IT Support Ticketing System.

Leading dynamic manufacturing business requires an experienced 3rd Line IT Support - IT Technical Support Specialist. The role will suite a 3rd Line IT Support professional with broad experience covering End User Compute & the ability to troubleshoot Networking Incidents & escalate to Specialist Third Parties.

Role:

- This is a Stand-Alone onsite role - there is a central IT Support team that can provide additional support.
- Provide 3rd Line IT Support for an end user base of (approximately 250).
- Main bulk of the role will focus on supporting End User Compute - mainly Deskside Support.
- Role will sit in a 3rd Line Support team - dealing with escalated Incidents & Tickets - Managing & resolving 3rd Line Incidents.
- Escalating Networking Incidents to Third-Party provides that manage SD-WAN, LAN & Networking.
- Support & Mentor 2nd Line IT Support when required.

Skills Experience Required:

- 3rd Line IT Support - demonstrable experience - must have 3rd line IT Support experience.
- 3rd Line IT Support - Incident, Problem Management & End User Compute experience.
- 3rd Line IT Support in an Enterprise Environment - carry out upgrades & maintenance.
- Detailed understanding of core IT Infrastructure products- 3rd Line IT Support level.
- Zoom - Conference Rooms - Zoom Admin Portal / Audio/Visual support.
- Microsoft Office 365 - administration.
- AutoPilot - Windows Desktop Deployment.
- Active Directory & Azure Active Directory - administration.
- MDM - InTune.
- Print Services.
- IDP - Identity Provider Platform - Okta or similar technology experience.
- General Networking - LAN, Wi-Fi & SDWAN - Aruba or Cisco - Network Switching & Routing - able to Troubleshoot then escalate to a Third-Party.
- Firewalls - ideally Fortinet or similar experience.
- SSL Certificate Renewal Process.
- Third Parties - Escalating issues to IT Third Parties - managing the process - ensure all Incidents & Requests are passed to Third Parties when required - managed in a professional & timely manner - ownership of the resolution to agreed closure.
- ITIL Practices - ideally have an understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Collaborative Approach to Teamwork - happy to mentor 2nd Line Support when required.

Desirable Experience:

- Citrix support.
- Cloud - AWS or Azure - deploying & integrating Cloud solutions.
