Phenomenally successful and growing online business is seeking to secure a Web E-commerce Technical Specialist. The Web E-commerce Technical Specialist will support with further growing the organisations online presence & online sales growth. The role will also focus on engaging with external 3rd party Digital Agencies, Web & Software Development providers to support with Web & E-commerce projects.

Role:

- Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the organisations website - consulting with Digital Media Agencies & external Developers.
- Consult with external providers – Digital Agencies, Software Vendors & Software Developers.
- Help drive, improve & support SEO & CRO activities.
- Assist with technical changes, banners etc., in conjunction with the E-Commerce Manager.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager to further develop their online presence & customer experience - drive sales & online growth.
- Responsible for technical maintenance & website health-checks - including shopping feed management.
- Support with managing the CRM.
- Interest in keeping up-to-date with new online technology trends, emerging platforms, processes & online standards.
- Pass on learnings to the E-commerce team through research & analysis.
- Manage & develop current/new reporting via Google Analytics (GA4) - support with producing weekly & monthly commercial reports which analyse online performance.

Technical Skills / Experience Required:

- HTML, CSS & Shopping feed structure - or Web development experience - have a technical understanding.
- Google Analytics - ideal to have some knowledge/experience.
- Awareness of emerging Web & E-commerce trends - passion for Web & E-commerce technologies.
- Analytical & inquisitive mind set.
- Foresight - ability to “see around corners” & head off potential future issues/risks/problems.
- Excel skills (ideally pivot tables & reporting experience).

Role:

- The organisation has implemented Oracle HR - HR Information System.  
- Oracle HR has an inbuilt reporting tool which will provide reporting & analysis HR data for the organisation - the business wants to harness the power of this reporting functionality.  
- Drive the efficiency of data - lead on the system governance.
- Develop and maintain a range of reports - reports will provide Management Information on HR strategies.

ROLE:

- The role will work alongside a team of Information Security Analysts, Data Protection Officer, Data Protection Analyst & Data Protection Officer.
- Support the development, implementation & maintenance of Information Security Policies - standards & processes to prevent, detect, analyse, and respond to Information Security Incidents.
- Lead and contribute to the development, operations & maintenance of the Information Security Incident Management process.
- Take part in awareness training, campaigns, vulnerabilities management & penetration testing.
