As part of their ambitious expansion plans, this business is looking to hire an E-Commerce National Account Manager to take ownership of their existing E-Commerce accounts as well as exploring potential new accounts. This is a varied E-Commerce Sales role that can expand into a senior leadership position in time dependent upon performance and ambition.

Required skills for this E-Commerce National Account Manager role:

·       Sales/National Account Management/NAM experience within the FMCG industry is essential.

·       Experience of managing pureplay and grocery.com customers is also essential.

·       Experience of winning new business is crucial.

·       Strong financial acumen and an ability to manage your own P&L is important.

Salary: Up to £65k + Bonus

Location: Head Office is in the North East of England but this is primarily a remote working role.

Career progression: The business is looking to hire someone who they can nurture, train and develop into becoming a Head of/Director of the Sales team.

Are you an experienced Digital Content Manager and feeling under utilised in your current organisation? Do you like the idea of working for a business which has outperformed it's competitors during the pandemic? Do you want an entirely remote working role, even after the pandemic has ended?
Mackenzie Jones have partnered with a market leading Health & Wellbeing brand which is performing incredibly well despite tricky trading conditions. The core market for the business is Vitamins & Supplements so their products are in high demand right now. The business is looking to grow their Digital team and as a result are looking to hire a Digital Content Manager to devise and implement the Digital Content strategy. 
Required skills for this Digital Content Manager role:

- Digital Content experience in a D2C (Direct to Consumer) / E-Commerce environment.
- Strong Content creation and writing experience across webpages, email campaigns, social media adverts, packaging and brochures.
- Experience in owning a Digital Content strategy and producing engaging Content.
- Experience of managing 3rd party agencies is essential.
- An understanding of Healthcare regulations would be preferable.

This role is entirely home-based, as long as candidates are living in the UK, location isn’t an issue.

Mackenzie Jones have partnered with a non-fashion Retailer which has performed extremely well throughout the pandemic despite the tricky trading conditions – their stores have remained open, employees have been well looked after and sales have been consistently incredibly strong. 

The business is looking to kick on now and enter a new phase of accelerated transformation. They’re looking to hire a new E-Commerce Manager to maximise the performance of the website. The business is looking to hire a driven, commercial and ambitious individual who has the potential to be a future Director. This is a BRAND NEW ROLE – rest assured, no one has resigned or been made redundant, this role is entirely centred around growth!

As the E-Commerce Manager you will:

- Manage the inventory (ranging and stock availability), product listing & promotions for the website.
- Leverage the broader business promotional & marketing plans to deliver the E-Commerce trading plan.
- Manage website optimisation and on site merchandising.
- Ensure the E-Commerce trading plan is supported by the Digital Marketing strategy (working with the internal team and external agencies).

Key skills required:

- Experience in Retail/FMCG E-Commerce/Digital trading is essential.
- Ideally you will have worked for a bricks and mortar retailer.
- An understanding of UX/UI best practices is important.
- A working knowledge of social, display, email and mobile channels.
