As part of their ambitious growth plans and as a result of an internal promotion, they’re looking to hire an E-Commerce National Account Manager to take ownership of their Pureplay accounts.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️Sales/National Account experience within the FMCG industry is essential.
⭐️Proven experience of working with pureplay accounts is also essential.
⭐️P&L ownership and JBP (joint business plans) experience is desirable.
⭐️Strong commercial mindset with an ability to present too and influence senior stakeholders.
⭐️Being data literate and having an eye for commercial detail is very important.
⭐️A passion for Food & Drink is really important.

The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – they’re the fastest growing brand in their category and turning heads of some of the biggest FMCG businesses globally.

The business is now looking to hire a Senior Partnerships Manager to build long term partnerships with key partners, influencers and affiliates. The aim here is to build strong relationships which can significantly contribute to the growth targets of the wider business.

The ideal candidate will be naturally salesy and have a real drive and hunger to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a rapidly growing brand and have a huge tangible impact on their growth.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

- A minimum of 4 years Sales/Partnerships experience.
- Proven experience of developing relationships with key influencers and affiliates.
- Experience working for an FMCG organisation would be hugely beneficial (a D2C E-Commerce brand even better).
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious

The business is now looking to hire a fabulous new Video Editor to create engaging and high-converting video content for Paid Social Ads (Meta & TikTok) and YouTube. This is a great role for someone who is great at producing captivating video content that captures the attention and drives customer action.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

- A minimum of 2 years video editing experience.
- In-house video editing experience for an FMCG/Retail brand is advantageous.
- Proven experience using video editing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines is very important.
- An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious
