The business has been trading for many years and their products can be found in numerous high street retailers and department stores, as well as Online. Theyre looking to hire a CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive to join the business for 12 months to cover a maternity leave contract. There cant be any guarantees but there is a chance this role will go permanent.
**The start date is likely to be late June / early July please keep this in mind when applying**
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- You need to have 1/2 years CRM experience.
- Retail CRM experience is important, ideally within Fashion.
- Proven experience using Klaviyo.
- Experience using Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics is important.

- Basic salary up to £40k

Now is the time for them to start focusing and investing more in E-Commerce, so theyre looking to hire an E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales forwards (D2C & Amazon).
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- A minimum of 4 years E-Commerce experience for an E-Commerce/D2C brand, ideally FMCG.
- Experience working for a challenger brand/start-up (£5m - £15m) would be advantageous.
- Extremely strong Shopify experience is critical for this role.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon & TikTok Shop is important.
- This is a very hands on role, candidates MUST demonstrate experience of being able to operate in this way.

E-Commerce Sales Controller

As part of their exciting growth plans, theyre looking to hire a new E-Commerce Sales Controller to own the Amazon, Ocado & other pureplay accounts. This person will sit within the Sales team and manage a high performing team of 3.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

- Proven Amazon Vendor experience is absolutely critical for this role.
- Experience managing other Pureplay and Quick Commerce/Rapid Delivery accounts is also very important.
- Proven managerial and leadership experience is important as this role has 3 direct reports.
- Being data literate and having an eye for commercial detail is very important.
- A passion for Food & Drink is really important.
