On Thursday 27 September, Mackenzie Jones had the pleasure of partnering with digital experts Practicology to present a detailed report they have conducted on Global eCommerce Operating Models across Consumer Brands and Retailers.

The event which detailed eight operating models including a Full eCommerce Accelerator Model, Pureplay / Marketplace Accelerator Model, Direct to Consumer Accelerator Model, Fully Integrated Omnichannel, Global Centre of Excellence with Local Integrated eCommerce, Lead Market with Dedicated Local eCommerce, Regional Dedicated eCommerce Lead and a Global Centre of Excellence with Local Dedicated eCommerce.

Guests from Kerry Foods, Pladis, Unilever, Britvic, WIlliam Grant, Kate Spade, Tesco, Selfridges, Pentland Brands, N Brown Group, Dune, Tate, Jordans Dorset Ryvita, Glen Dimplex and other brands and retailers were the first to hear and receive a copy of the report.

Practicology highlighted real examples of how retailers and brands are structuring their business to tackle digital transformation.
