Jo brings over a decade of recruitment experience in FMCG & Retail. Her background as a National Account Manager gives her a commercial edge, understanding business needs from both strategic and operational perspectives. She has a proven track record in mid to executive search, specialising in Procurement & Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, Operations, and NPD & Technical. Having worked in both agency and internal talent acquisition, Jo has partnered with FMCG clients from start-ups and SMEs to global blue-chip companies on permanent and interim assignments.

Current role and responsibilities

Jo leads our Supply Chain and Logistics recruitment at Mackenzie Jones, working part-time to support the division following Chris’s departure. She connects mid to executive level professionals with growing FMCG businesses across the UK and Europe, bringing a tailored and commercially-minded approach to every search.

Outside of work

Jo is a proud Yorkshire Lass who values time with her family, friends, and her two fluffsters. She’s passionate about both physical & emotional wellbeing, and is an advocate for creating healthy, balanced work environments. Her ideal Friday evening includes a packet of crisps and a glass of Pinot Grigio blush.
