UK Remote working role
£65k / £80k + Amazing benefits!
BRAND NEW ROLE! Mackenzie Jones are delighted to be working with an award winning and market leading Home & Garden business. The business is going through a period of transformation at the moment whereby they’re entering into new product categories as well as becoming much more of a Digital/Ecom first business. Subsequently they’re now looking to hire a new Head of Digital to drive this transformational push and fulfill their growth ambitions.
Apply to this role if the following points apply to you:
- You have experience operating at Head of Digital/Senior Digital Marketing Manager level for a UK B2C business (ideally within the Home, Garden, DIY or Furniture categories).
- You have a strong working knowledge of the entire Digital Marketing mix.
- You’ve delivered strong E-Commerce/Online sales for a B2C brand.
- Ideally you've worked for a start-up/SME and are therefore comfortable working in that environment.
- You need to be comfortable operating without a team of direct reports to begin with (this role will be very hands on).
- You have extensive agency management experience.
Benefits:
- Salary is flexible and dependent upon experience but the banding is from £65k to £80k.
