**Digital Experience Marketing Manager – Berkshire – Circa £65k + Bonus!**

The business is a definitive market leader in their category and with a global presence too. The business is going through a substantial Digital Transformation right now and subsequently they’re looking to hire a senior level Digital Marketing professional to join the brand and marketing team. The role is broad in that it will involve the management, coaching and mentoring of the Digital team but also being heavily involved in the Digital Experience/Customer journey marketing side too.

Key skills required for this Digital Experience Marketing Manager role:

- You will need to have extensive Digital Marketing experience for a B2C organisation (ideally within retail or FMCG).
- You will need to have strong Digital Experience / Customer Journey marketing experience.
- An understanding of E-Commerce / D2C is beneficial for this role.
- Strong people management experience is also essential for this role.
- You will need to have strong stakeholder management expertise, both internally and externally – personality and culture fit is huge for this organisation.

Salary – Circa £65k + Bonus!

Location – The Head Office is in Berkshire and the team are in the office 3 days a week.

Progression – The business are looking to hire someone who has the potential to be a future Director!
