Paid Search Manager (FMCG)

North West London (WFH available)

Up to £80k + Bonus

Are you a Paid Search & Paid Media specialist and looking for a new role with a business which is stable and outperforming its competitors? Do you have previous experience of in-housing a Paid Search Strategy for a large organisation across numerous markets?

This business is performing incredibly well, sales have been soaring throughout the pandemic despite the tricky trading conditions. The business is now going through a new phase of Digital Transformation and as such the Digital team are looking to hire an experienced Paid Search Manager to drive and in-house their Paid Search activities and to accelerate E-Commerce sales by improving their D2C projects.

Required skills for this Paid Search Manager role:

- Paid Search experience across numerous countries/markets, either client side or for an agency.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is essential.
- Strong SEO & PPC experience, either in-house or for an agency.
- SEM experience and managing PPC campaigns with major media owners is crucial.
- Experience with search optimization and configurations, using a variety of tools (Google Ads, Amazon, Search Console etc.)
- Google AdWords / Google Analytics Certified (or working towards)
- PPC – Google Ads, Shopping, GDN, Bing Ads & Shopping/Product Ads
- Paid Social – Facebook Ads, Instagram

The Head Office is based in North West London, although there is the option of working from home 2/3 days a week.
