Leading a large sales team, you will effectively balance the need to deliver sales targets alongside wider commercial objectives.  As a high potential sales leader, you can demonstrate strategic capability, commercial rigour and operational excellence within a high performing sales culture.


With a truly customer centric and solution-based approach, you deliver great customer engagement and exceptional sales management skills.


A proven Commercial leader, you will have proven B2B experience ideally from an industrial equipment/engineering background.


This external appointment is driven by the desire to identify future leaders and meet succession planning needs and therefore provides personal and professional development, both locally and globally.
