Market Strategy & Planning Manager


The Organisation

My client is a global FMCG business who operate across both personal and home care with exciting growth plans for 2020

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to grow a market leader who have made great strides to develop their MS&P capability over the last year and a half. 

This role sits within the organisation’s Global Brand Team with the following responsibilities:

- Using key category and insight to develop new product launches and commercial plans for UK and US regions 
- Re-engineer commercial pricing and promotion plans
- Work cross functionally to create 3 years brand plans

The Candidate 

Candidates will demonstrate the following experience:

- An FMCG or retailer background with good experience of NPD and a commercial mindset
- Experience within trade marketing/MS&P/NRM/Range Planning or strategic account management
- Excellent stakeholder management ability, ideally within a matrix environment
- Demonstrable experience of agile working with an appetite to get things done quickly and effectively
