The organisation

An FMCG business, in growth, with a stable of brands, performing well in the UK marketplace. The business has a family feel, with ambitions to grow, an honest and collaborative culture.


The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and direction of a portfolio mix – plus a sizeable team of marketers.

You will also be asked to motivate the team, bringing both motivational leadership and strategic direction.


The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced head of marketing, who has experience of either large or small FMCG brands in their background. Man-management is key, as is the ability to make a difference through innovation, commercialism and strategy. Ambition, outstanding leadership skills and a natural ability to communicate will be huge advantages.
