As part of their exciting growth plans, theyre looking to hire an E-Commerce Account Manager to help the business trade effectively with the major grocery retailers, wholesalers and Quick Commerce players. Ultimately helping and guiding the business to win Online. Its a very broad remit I can explain more when we speak !

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- E-Commerce experience within the FMCG industry is essential.
- Proven experience of working with large grocery (Bricks & Clicks) retailers is also essential.
- A strong working knowledge of using digital platforms such as Hooklogic, Dunnhumby Sphere & Citrusads.
- A proven understanding of sponsored search, sponsored products and optimising online banners.
- Strong communication/account management experience.
- Being data literate and having an eye for commercial detail is very important.
- A passion for Food & Drink is really important.

Assistant Management Accountant
Drinks
London (1 day a week in the office)
£35k - £42k (dependent upon experience)
Here at MKJ Ignite, were absolutely buzzing to be working with one of the fastest growing Drinks brands in the UK, but growing internationally too. The business is becoming more recognisable and more popular by the week, theyre taking market share off some of the largest brands in the world and they have a hugely ambitious leadership team which is going to inevitably drive them to greatness.
Theyre now looking to hire a new Assistant Management Accountant to join the Finance team to support the growth of the business. This role would report into a hugely experienced Head of Finance, a fantastic person to learn from.
- You need to have 2/3 years accounting/finance experience, ideally for an FMCG challenger brand
- Proven experience using Xero.
- International experience would be incredibly beneficial.
- Experience working for a start-up/challenger brand is essential.
- A financial qualification or part qualification is important (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you:
- Basic salary £35k - £42k (dependent upon experience)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Flexible working (minimum 1 day a week in London)
- 1 rejuvenation day per quarter

CRM Executive
Healthy Food brand
UK remote working role
Up to £35k

The business is becoming more recognisable and more popular by the week, theyre taking market share off some of the largest brands in the world and they have a hugely ambitious leadership team which is going to inevitably drive them to greatness.
Theyre now looking to hire a new CRM Executive to join the growing Marketing team. The CRM Executive will report into and have the chance to learn from an experienced CRM expert.
This is a fully remote role.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- You need to have 1/2 years CRM experience, ideally for a D2C E-Commerce business
- Proven experience using Klaviyo.
- Experience working for a subscription based business would be beneficial, though not essential.
- A passion for Food and Health & Wellness would be an added bonus.
