Our global client is seeking to secure a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience of Integrating & Rolling Out SAP Success Factors & HR Systems & Payroll. With a key focus on Business Partnering and leading Business Analysts & Functional Consultants.

Role:

- Managing HR & System related Applications - HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance - SAP Success Factors.
- Business Analysis - end-to-end BA Lifecycle - translate business requirements into functional specifications & detailed test plans.
- Strong knowledge of HR Business processes.
- Leading Business Analysts & Functional Consultants.
- Workstream lead on large projects - lead on small projects and/or large changes.
- Manage a portfolio of projects & changes.
- Deliver business requirements benefits, cost reductions and/or service improvements.
- Process Design - Provide Business Process design & documentation expertise.
- Test & Training - Test, Implement & Train - facilitate with System & User Acceptance Testing.
- Support the Business Partner in defining the HR Technology/Systems strategy.
- Provide leadership to Business Analyst & Functional Consultants & projects teams consisting of - BA’s, Infrastructure Analysts, Solution Designers, Service Delivery & Outsource partners.
- Lead Continuous Improvement for the BA team.
- Chair Business Change boards - qualify, prioritise & schedule the backlog of change requests & enhancements.
- Third Paty engagement - partner & manage external suppliers.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Management - both technical & non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Required:

- Senior Business Analyst - end-to-end BA lifecycle experience - ability to lead a team of Business Analysts & Functional Consultants.
- HR Systems Integration & Rollout - SAP Success Factors, Kronos Workforce Dimensions & Payroll System Integration
- Success Factors Integration with SAP S/4 Hana - highly desirable.
- HR, Payroll & T&A systems experience.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Leadership - ability to lead Business Analysts & Functional Consultants & projects teams - BA’s, Infrastructure Analysts, Solution Designers, Service Delivery & external resources.
- IT Service Delivery & HR Systems Application support experience.
- Knowledge of how IT Applications - can maximise business advantage.
- Participating in Testing activities - System & UAT.

International organisation is seeking to secure a SAP S/4 Hana Master Data Lead. The role will focus on localised Master Data, including Materials, Vendors & Customers, Quality & Improvement. Supporting the localisation of group-driven Master Data Process Design aligned to the SAP S/4 Hana template. Must have excellent Business Partnering & Communication skills.

Role:

- Own the localised Master Data - including Materials, Vendors & Customers, Quality & Improvement. Support the localisation of group-driven Master Data Process Design - aligned to the SAP S/4 Hana Template.
- Steer local data cleansing, readiness & migration efforts.
- Provide best-in-class Master Data expertise - support the local SAP S/4 Hana implementation strategy.
- Maintain data excellence - responsible for performance management & governance.
- Act as the local data expert - ensuring data quality, process adherence, reports & channels.
- Supports in the design of SAP S/4 Hana template - based on global standards.  
- Specialise in one key area - Material, Customer, Vendor or Financial Master Data.
- When required support with SAP S/4 Hana design workshops - provide local Master Data & Process expertise.  
- Support Functional Business & Technical requirements - for system build of the designed template.
- Own the local design-related template responsibilities for the global SAP S/4 Hana design/business blueprint.
- Define & lead local data improvements - Master & Transactional Data & Data Migration requirements.
- Define & lead local Master Data process design - Winshuttle and/or Informatica.
- Drive template deployment (localisation) in respective site or country.
- Collaborate with BDO, local functional teams, IT & local General Managers.  
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard Assessments jointly with GMs & BDOs.
- Drive local data improvement & data cleansing ahead of data migration.
- Aware of System Testing on designed in-scope Master Data processes, data conversions -  understanding of the Test approach & results.
- Involved & oversee the Master Data cut-over process - sign-off towards the end of deployment phase.
- Maintain a cross-functional & cross-country lens as the template is being deployed - refine, finalise & align major functional scoping/process design topics with functions & operating units.
- Maintains efficient & effective To-Be processes.  
- Identify & implement process improvements - scope enhancements as part of group-wide harmonization, standardisation & digitalisation efforts.
- Oversee & coordinate hypercare activities.

Technical Skills / Experience Required:
