As a specialist in Aerospace and Automotive recruitment, our networks allowed us to develop ongoing talent pipelines across all the growth areas.

As the organisation had not recruited historically we were also tasked with supporting recruitment process management. 

Solution 

Mackenzie Jones Engineering put in place a candidate attraction strategy to support across all the key disciplines. This included advertising, targeted headhunting and talent management.

We also set up a recruitment process whereby 1st stage interviews were managed by Mackenzie Jones Engineering, only passing to the client at 2nd and final stage, thus freeing up a significant amount of management time for the client.

Result

Through working in close partnership with our customer, we were able to successfully place 11 senior members of their team across a range of disciplines. 

Mackenzie Jones Engineering took the time to get to know our business, allowing them to become true partners for us at a time of business critical growth.

We were able to outsource most of the process to Mackenzie Jones Engineering which was crucial to us as our team have been so stretched all year.
