Paul Jones

Paul began his recruitment career in the executive search industry and went on to held Senior Management positions at both TMP and Monster Worldwide. Based on his experience and time spent in the on -line, advertised selection and search, Paul felt a real opportunity exited for a truly relationships led specialist recruitment business to operate in the middle and senior management market. Subsequently Mackenzie Jones was born. Paul now works with colleagues and customers who share his views on how a professional and personable business should look, feel and act. On this premise, Paul has been able to attract real talent into Mackenzie Jones and provide a truly immersed and tailored CRM strategy.

Sarah Evans

Sarah Graduated from Leeds University and then started life training as a Chartered Accountant at PriceWaterhouse Coopers before she joined the recruitment world. She worked for Michael Page for over 5 years working across a range of markets before heading to MacMillan Davies Hodes as Head of Interim. Sarah Joined Mackenzie Jones in 2006 as a Director to set up our Human Resources business. She now managers teams in Marketing and Human Resources as well as leading our Interim Practice

Rebecca Stone

Rebecca graduated with a Masters in Psychology before starting her recruitment career at Badenoch and Clark. 11 years at Witan Jardine followed where she led teams and developed the professional services sector before heading up the entire Marketing recruitment division, growing the permanent and interim business from a start up to one of the most successful divisions in the company. After nearly 2 years travelling around South America, Rebecca returned for a new challenge and in 2008 joined the London office of Mackenzie Jones where she is now Head of Operations.
